Kem Kuwait, a regional leader in construction and engineering services, approached Miqa with a clear mission: to evolve their digital presence in line with their growing influence across the GCC. While the company had strong credentials in the field, its outdated branding and website failed to reflect its scale, innovation, and strategic vision. Our challenge was to modernize their brand experience while preserving the trust and authority they’ve built over decades.
We began with an intensive research phase, diving into Kem’s positioning, competitive landscape, and stakeholder expectations. Through interviews and market analysis, we identified a key insight: trust and scale mattered most in their industry, but emotional connection and digital clarity were sorely lacking.

Visually, we refreshed Kem’s identity by introducing a bold yet minimalistic aesthetic rooted in geometry and modularity — echoing the precision of architecture and engineering. A custom grid system, a refined typographic hierarchy, and a structured color palette conveyed reliability, ambition, and regional confidence. The new branding bridged tradition and progress, combining Arabic and English elements in a seamless way.
For the website, we focused on hierarchy, performance, and storytelling. The homepage opens with a clean, immersive narrative block that showcases Kem’s largest projects with strong visuals and subtle animation. Case studies were restructured for clarity, and service areas were presented with scalable architecture in mind. Built in Webflow, the site is fully responsive, accessible, and optimized for both local and international users.
